Predator
Predator 2011
In this painting a wolf, black bear, cougar and snowy all in a red canoe faintly painted with the word: “Discovery”. Here I have imagined the animals have been displaced by humans and are now forced to look for land to live on. I called the painting “Predator” because all the animals in the boat are predators, but actually who is the real predator here? The city sitting on a distant shore gives a clue.
